The human experience is filled with highs, lows, trials and tribulations. Sometimes, it can all be too much, and finding our way through the dark nights of the soul back to the light can be a daunting, lonely road...

 

As a qualified art therapist, yoga teacher, herbalist and educator dedicated to the holistic healing of the mind, body, and soul… I specialise in helping individuals heal emotionally, physically and spiritually from challenges including heartbreak, limiting beliefs, low self esteem, perfectionism, and letting go of what no longer serves them. With a passion for guiding others toward alignment with their purpose and rediscovering their inner spark, I have built a career rooted in creativity, compassion, and empowerment.

My journey began in early and primary education settings, where I observed a profound need for emotional support and mindfulness in the classroom. This realisation led me to co-found Four You alongside my mother, a mission-driven initiative that brings human values-based education and mindfulness practices to public education, private client work, and the everyday lives of people seeking healing and growth. It is from this foundation that I created What Hides On The Inside, with the intention of creating resources and providing personalised holistic health coaching that guides individuals on their journey to heal and embrace their true potential.

 

My practice integrates my knowledge in art therapy, yoga, and herbalism to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness. By blending these disciplines, I offer personalised support for:
